Refund policy
Under some conditions, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@tvprotec.ca. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you some instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Deposit
All deposits made are non-refundable but transferable for the purchase of another product if the customer changes their mind. This means that if you decide not to proceed with your original purchase, you can still use your deposit towards the purchase of another item. Please note that this policy applies to all deposits made, regardless of the amount.
Restocking fees
The reimbursement value is limited to the value of the purchase; extra charges might be applied for restocking fees. Delivery fees and packaging aren’t reimbursable. A restocking fee on every returned product is charge of 15% of the regular pricing shown on tvprotec.ca and that are returned within the 10-day return policy. If you have benefited of any promotional pricing on the shipping costs, these charges will be fully deducted (shipping and/or return) from the reimbursement.
Other fees
For any order placed on our site and paid via our payment platform using a credit card, the processing fees charged by your card payment network and covered by ERGA, ERGA-Distribution, TV Protec, and/or Beartvmounts at the time of the initial transaction (order/payment) will be deducted from any refunded amount. These fees will be deducted regardless of the time elapsed before cancellation and/or refund, partial or total, in proportion to the amount of the order placed, processed, and/or confirmed on our site.
